I planted these Alium last year. My friend in Indiana had an old farm house and these grew SO BIG all around her house. She was also our piano teacher and she had a fresh bouquet of flowers in the kitchen every week. When I saw these last fall it reminded me of her and I just had to get some.

The bottom pic is very cool.
When it comes to flowers Purple is my very favorite color. Probably Yellow comes in second. I love this blog and it is so great when another member of our family adds pictures from their yard. Keep up the good work.
